$25 Computer the size of a USB Stick

Modern smartphones are often dubbed ‘PC’s in your pocket’ but its the recently unveiled ‘Rasberry Pi’ that can truly make a stake to that claim.
The micro-sized PC, which is targeted at a £15/$25 price point, is made up of:
  • 700MHz ARM11 processor
  • 128MB of RAM
  • USB 2.0 ports
  • Card reader
  • 1080p HDMI video out
  • Ubuntu 9.04
And that’s it! You need to bring your own keyboard, mouse and display. Oh and Wifi dongle, too.  But the Raspberry Pi does boast an I/O slot for further expansion – such as with a 12MP camera, demoed on the picture below.
